If you get the ash lip on the PH it cuts the front requirements down to like 8 inches, plus it lowers the hearth R value requirement.. Something...
Outside edge to outside edge from front to back 20 3/4 inches..or 20.750 inches.. Is this what your looking for?

Now the move from inside to the hearth.... I have more pictures putting the legs , shimming the stove up to remove the pallet, etc; if you need...
I used a moveable ramp with sections of plywood to roll the PH up through my doorway and then moved the ramp to my hearth.. Even putting plywood...
So I shouldn't have removed it.. Now I can't get it back,, got pizzed off and now have no interest...Life goes on....

I have an old 1840 farmhouse with big timbers supporting my floor, probably 10-12 inches, 3 foot on center..... Center of my stove is about 28...

I agree, these make sharpening quick and easy.. If the light is right you can see the little filings coming off as you file your cutters.. Double...
They are made in Switzerland.. One shop by me sells them, but you can get them on Ebay... You'll never use any other file ..They can really make...
Try some Timber Savage files,, they are double milled.. I've used them over 10 years ,,,They mill off material quick and with little effort.. [IMG]
Woodstock looks at all the details when they design something.. I deal with Jamie quite a bit... I feel we have become very good open friends...
Looking at the Progress outside air kit it looks to span across the whole intake.. That would then supply air to the primary and secondary...
