I just modified 2 bird feeders into a double hook feeder.. Welds came out like $hit but it's strong! Used the angle grinder with 60 grit flap disc...

According to the manual the bottom disc has flats and must always be used in one position.. I still have the manual and the plastic storage case...
I will take a look and see if i am missing something.. I had to make a shim washer to use the .045" cut off discs... That worked great!
Does your angle grinder use depressed type discs like my Ryobi does? If so how do you mount a flat blade\disc?
I've had good results with this primer too.. The best topcoat paint I have used isn't made anymore.. I still have some from over 20 years ago.....
