Quite a few good oils. Some of the more popular include belray h1r, Motul 800, maxima k2.
I run 32:1 in everything. I'm not say it's imperative, but the high quality full synthetic oils don't leave as much carbon as cheaper dino oils.

441 would be the smallest I would go for that size bar. If I only wanted one saw, and used a smaller bar most of the time, I might consider the 362.
