Those two bottom right y shaped pieces. Fairly certain that's white elm. From the looks you may have branches and maybe some other logs around it....

I burn hemlock which is only slightly above white pine in btus. It's decent if you mix it in or it's near the end of the shoulder season. Burns...
Sometimes cutting the trunk first can cause a roll over so as you said it should always be analyzed.
