2 bags in 24 hours is only about 28,000 BTU/hr so that's quite efficient. Only 1 bag per day would be 1/2 of that. My boiler uses 4 bags per day...

I would never cook with any pellets I haven't made myself - even pellets sold for grilling - because I don't know what's in them. But that's just me.
I highly recommend an NVMe m.2 drive (in PCIE not SATA). SSD's are fast but a good NVMe is about 6 times faster. I'm getting about 3000 MB/s...
