I have an Octagon Frontier in .22mag. Great gun, shoots dead nuts out of the box.
Red Oak and Ash mostly with some Maple, Black Birch and Cherry strewn about. The Red Oak gets separated to age an extra year.
Mosquitoes haven’t been bad here but these darn horse flies are the worst.

I cut off of my own property and only cut dead wood. We burn Ash, Red Oak and Hickory. A maple tossed in here or there but they are pretty hardy here.
