    i think 90 is at the top on those so 50 would be less sharper but then tooth may be thin on top

    the 10 degrees helps square up the chain to centerline of the wheel i think i may be wrong

    on the picco it seemed to straight up it needs a starting point to cut and yes the hook as huskihl said you are going deep and just the round...
