Agreed...the only ones I've ever seen/heard of that needed to be flashed had sat for years...but even then pretty rare.

Open the stove up and give it a blast of warm air with a hair dryer...depending on the stove model, you blow warm air "up the chimney" as best you...
I don't care for a top down fire, but then I have no reason to need to do it that way either...

Yes, their techline is excellent. If it was an inverter model, running in eco mode...otherwise it'll be 3600RPM.
