I'd ditch the wheelbarrow and get a 4 wheel cart. No comparison, holds more, easier to move, bigger ones can be hooked to a machine to pull, etc....
I think the key is to have good hand and wrist strength to keep the maul straight and accurate. Someone must be willing to step forth!!!
