Absolutely. But the problem I had was, when the spiders warm up they crawl off the wood into the house.
My wood goes from the porch straight to the stove. I don't store it in the house. Used to years ago, too many spiders and bugs.
I cut when the weather is comfortable. I hate cutting when it's hot. That's one of the advantages of being years ahead on wood.
