Believe me, the fact there is not much in the way of any sn*w here, and "winter" is really only from about the beginning of Dec. - End of Feb....
Might have to pull the auger out of the housing, check end bearings, and maybe check the gearcase.

Glad you got a garden tractor instead of a lawn tractor. That blower takes some power to get going & push through the sn*w.
