But the whole side is washed evenly normally... This area of damage looks very localized... Not sure what it could have been... :confused:
I'm about 90% sure it ingested something too... It came up the one intake side transfer, and caused it's damage, then out the exhaust it went......
I think I'd replace the piston/ring, and roll with it... They are very good saws in their 65cc form... $49.00 and you're back in business...
From a users standpoint, the new Autotunes are fantastic performers... I like turning screwdrivers, but when I got 2 solid days of cutting staring...

Agreed... All 3 saw makers have really stepped their ~60cc class saws... They all dandy's...
One could just get a new 562 from Terry L. and have it ported before delivery... I got one from him last year, and have never run it when I didn't...
