Be proud of that steam ! 50 gph is great. Totally jealous ! We are about 20 ish gph on ours. Makes for some long days..even with the RO !

Boil the concentrate till it turns to syrup . The permeate...or (waste water) that's removed from the sap...goes into a tank for cleaning...
