    1 ton of fuel blocks (compressed sawdust) staked in the catch-all room

    Very nice.. alot cleaner than a stack of wood sitting in the house.. we've had 5 fires so far. Supposed to get around 25 overnight this weekend....

    I do love the good Applewood. Ashame it's pithy. Doesn't last long exposed to moisture. I got mines in the shed ready for smoking this fall...

    Probly a mixture of little draft smoke and oil smoke.. sometimes manufacturers use a light oil to prevent rusting while they sit on shelves...
