A little piece of wire(s) gets you into those vent windows in 30 seconds...bend one into a 90-180* hook shape, the other however you want it to be...
It may need charged, or it It may just need the evap coil cleaned (common!) but the catch there is getting at it! Many people with older trucks...
Those vent windows sure make a big difference...but I don't think anyone has installed them for over 25 years or so...of course almost all trucks...
