I use Rotella in my Kubota BX also ! I change Engine oil and filter...both fuel filters and hydro filter..and change front axle fluid every 200...
So took a look at the pole saw attachment finally. Gave it a good cleaning..and regreased the ends...after pulling out some jammed in wood chunks...

Loaded some old landscaping railroad ties into a Switch n Go dump today with the BX2380 .No problem ! No lift height issues either ;) 3 at a time...
