    You are correct on that muffler - it is stainless steel ... however the 372xp is steel to the best of my knowledge ... my point was u can easily...

    Really ? Had em in there for YEARS ... matter of fact the muffler will probably rust away around the rivers as aluminum don’t rust ! Hahaha

    Gotta use the proper-rod ... any will hold it but you will get a “white dust” after the saw sits for awhile ... let me see if I can find the #
