I would try and get something else . I'm sure the dealer will resist the idea. I would start by being nice but let him know you found out it was...
He probably moves 2 tons a year . I'm sure people only buy them when they run out and it's freezing .:shiver:
If your not happy with it and it's less then 30 days I would bring it back and just be honest , you just don't like it and see if they can work...
He only keeps one pallet on hand and gets 7.50 a bag .
I gave my local variety store the heads up that Okies were going out of business and they would be getting a new pellet . Well here they are .[ATTACH]
Same conditions here low 30's and house was 72 .
I'm going on bag # 3 running the stove from 6 am - 4 pm mainly because my son has his office downstairs where the stove is .

I'm looking into the Acu rite 5 in 1 with the duel solar panels and the hub for $ 150 .
Looking at buying a home weather station but my research leads me to think they're not very durable and will only work for a year or two .
