My Lux is set on 8, so 2 degrees above and below set temp.

My bad, when i said 2 degree swing I was talking about 2 degrees above, and 2 degrees below the set point. So really is a 4 degree swing..:doh:......
Number 2 would only be 1/2 a degree swing, if you want a 2 degree swing you need to set it at 8, unless they really changed their thermostats.
RC designated power for cooling, RH for heating.
Comes that way and no reason to remove it.

On my lux I went with the white wire to W1 and red wire to RH, also the Rh is jumped to the RC
