I have run them all, older NH or the JD made buy NH are hard to beat for lifting heavy weight and stability on hills
If you can handle the weight 70 to 80 cc is even better.
Get better soon Jim
I have to bend over to buck wood to length, I have to bend over to noodle wood and I have to bend over to pick it up to throw it in the truck and...
I've I've been cutting and splitting wood since the early 70's and I never have figured out how to do it with our bending over.
One thing about a ss is it's not for lazy people because no matter how fast you work it will always be waiting for you, with hydraulic splitters...
I can noodle a 36" round into liftable pieces and split it with a super split faster and easier then I can wrestle a round into a verticle...
Get the super split Nothing to debate,if your after speed and production get the super split.
[MEDIA] Stock 372 in same wood--28" bar
[MEDIA] Ported 562 in oak with 28" bar
My ported 562 pulls a 24" real good and I'm a big saw guy.I'm not sure if a stock 562 with a 24" would make me happy.
I've owned the 5100 & the 5105 and both were very good 50cc saws with lots of torque.
Wanting to buy a ported Husky 390 that is in North Central Ohio.PM me with lowest price.
Yes sir, that red Chevy makes it.
Smaller saw has nothing to do with it,new engine technology has everything to do with it.Those older Stihls were slow.
Get your watches out fellas the Dolmar was faster buy 4 or 5 seconds
I've drilled the oil hole a little bigger on a stihl bar and used a regular 3/8 sprocket on a 550 husky with no problems.
