Sounds good. It will cook just like any roast, like beef. The Icelandic lamb that we raise is very mild flavor. Tastes like just basic red meat....
I'm totally looking forward to this. I'm planning to bring a leg of lamb to roast/smoke. I will need to work out details with the cooking bosses....
