Just to add another 2 cents. I dry my chicken thighs with paper towels. Fully coat them in olive oil. Then apply all the seasoning. Works great.
Chicken thighs nicely seasoned on our Hamilto Beach XL convection/air fryer/toaster oven thingy are to die for. Had em last night. Good fun.
