    It's am but should have lasted longer so hopefully it's just a bad one. I started it and warmed it up and ruff tuned it to maybe 12.8k and started...

    A 661 will not start if it's cold or cool unless you switch to the choke position. It has to push a switch on the carb. Put a regular carb on it...
