Stay clear of their appliances too. I know of more than 1 case of serious issues with very new units.....washer/dryers, 'refrig, dishwasher, etc.

18kw? I would think that would be plenty for any average house. Mine was only 12kw and it ran everything in the 3000 sq ft house with ease....
