Osage Orange should be at the top of the charts for btu ratings. It only changes the order of that page. Not the highest btu's of all types of trees.
Is there any way to make the chart with an option to view it by btu rating? Also would be nice to click on 3-4 different types of wood and compare...

I think Osage Orange (hedge) needs to be at the top, since this chart as well as this chart, rates them at 32.9 Million btu's.
Which tree is Ironwood? I've heard Hedge, (Osage Orange) Hop Hornbeam, Pacific Dogwood, and Blue Beech all called ironwood.

Hmm, interesting. They all get 20" plus here. Most people mow them down and will plant other trees. It is unusual to use them for firewood here...
Very cool pic!! In this area cedars grow like weeds. If you don't mow an area for a few years it will be mostly cedar trees that start growing.
