Yes, the cat rubs it's paws, while quietly whispering,"Myesss.. Come to the smoked side. Heh..heh..heh"
Hi All Lissa here, I’m in charge of the Thanksgiving turkey this year and would love to gather some smoking tips! We have a 20lb bird we raised this spring and we have a smoker/ grill thingy that I’ve not used Any advice for me? Thanks so much!
Everyone's cooks sure looks good. Some things off the Egg the past month. A Butt for Pulled Pork.... Some Ribs done Malcom Reed (How to bbq right) style. & Chicken Bombs (what we call them) Chicken breasts split and filled with green onion, garlic, parmesan & mozzarella then rapped in bacon and sprinkled with Dizzy Dust.
Been raining here all day. I went to the store and bought a little camping grill. Just some chicken legs.
Tried out my hand built campfire tripod this afternoon. A little ham, potato and corn chowder over a sugar maple fire.
Thanks! It was a fun project! "Backyard Blacksmithing" pounding iron on the forge this evening! Go down a few posts I put it on there.
