Congrats on your find!!! She'll serve you well. Take your time with it! If Coaly comes along he'll give you some great tips on that stove, I've never had the glass door one. He is the Guru of knowledge on them.

The picture of the baffle and the way the pipe rests on it , is it accurate ? I noticed the baffle is curved upward in the center. Looks to me it was bent that way . Maybe someone can clarify .

No! That pipe inside is not original. The baffle is warped. Your baffle should be 5/16" or larger, I like 1/2"+ You should only have maybe two or three inches of pipe inside the stove. Go back and look at my pics.

If you look on the back wall, you can see how mine originally warped as well. Look at the burn curve.

Make sure Bob you either PM Coaly, "I tagged him" and talk to him more on the glass aspect if you have questions. I am not the expert on your Fisher, "he is". I can help you most of the way and with cleaning and restoration. :)
He will also give you some good pointers on the side draft controls, but it's not much different from any other Fisher so I understand. After it's done, I'm sure you will love that stove! :tears:

I started wire brushing the stove today . Took it all apart and put the shop vac to good use. The surface rust seems to be coming off pretty easy. I am putting some white vinegar on and brushing it in , i will know in a few minutes how thats working . I will update soon !!
