I wholly support drinking 5:45 a.m., especially if it involves single malt scotch!!!

The engine dies if the pedal is stepped on and no one is on the seat.

I had that happen while bush hogging a month ago. Had to bring in to work and have it remounted on tire machine. Air compressor and ratchet strap method did not work as it had in the past. I think because I had to drive on it a bit to get it to level ground.

Mine was left side as well. Conspiracy! :BrianK:

Not if the switch under the seat is disabled, as it frequently is.

Back in business. Jacked up front end with FEL, took wheel off and down to my local shade tree mechanic's shop. Remounted and inflated on his machine. One Hamilton and back onto the tractor. About 30 minutes. Phew!

That would have been a good idea, but I needed to get it done quickly so I could use the tractor this weekend. Will do if it happens again.

This is the stump of the pine that fell this spring.

Right now I wish I had ordered the backhoe thumb.

What was the diameter of the tree? I have a few pine stumps that need removed but I'm not sure if I can get them..... they are probably 12-15" diameter

If memory serves, around 12-14 inch.

Not gonna measure it at the moment.

Got some more trenching done yesterday for the lower woods crossover, then the rains hit.

Too muddy up there today, so did some other running around.

Got the thumb installed on BH, and greased all fittings.

Tonight took BH off and installed the box scraper and hit the driveway.

Will have to wait till tomorrow for pics.

I have 25 hrs. On the new tractor already. I have dug a hole to bury ash, cleaned out a drainage ditch, demolished a job office trailer, cleaned up all the burn pit ashes, box grade/blade/raked the 750ft driveway, regraded and prepared my front yard for seed, and started on fire wood logistics on pallets. Last night I completed a 1hr log skidding job with the forks in about 5 minutes.
