So I built this last summer and had not cleaned it up and painted yet. I checked around and getting it sandblasted was going to cost me over $1,000. So I held off, I thought about just using a grinder and wire wheel but was worried how long it would take. This week we had a short day though and my buddy and I hit it with two grinders. We were able to clean it up and get a coat of paint on it in an afternoon. Really cleaned up well, I think I’m gonna put another coat of paint on it soon. Before and after pics
Yup! I actually haven’t even used the grill yet but I will this summer. I have too much fun smoking low and slow
It needs a new axle. Tires are shot, lugs are rusted to the wheels. Tires will hold air for about 24 hours, so I can move it, just haven’t found the axle I need yet to replace it
Are you in the BBQ business? That's a lot of smoker for a home owner lol.. I just bought a 6 channel bluetooth temp monitor with 6 probes.. This will be great for smoking and monitoring multiple items.. Amazon also had 10% coupon so only $50.00! The range looks really good so I can check things from 150' away which means I can play horseshoes and BBQ Ray
Typo oops! For some reason the Amazon link is NOT showing up in my post?? Gonna post again here and see if it shows up..
Hmm Grizzly Adam why are links not showing up in my posts? Trying to post an Amazon product post and I see nothing when I post..
