And what is making the fire die, does the auger quit running?(lack of pellets) or combustion blower die?

It stops dropping fuel. No amber light & I did thermocouple replacement last
Night.. I really appreciate your input, they say us poolguys are a pain to deal -
I bought stove from a dealer that doesn't know his stove product line from a water balloon.. (don't know where I pulled "from a water balloon" out of but I think I'll keep using it )

    Thanks bob

OK if the "call" light is not coming on,then auger is not being turned on.Way I see it only 2 things, contacts in thermostat(or wiring to thermostat),acting up,or control box acting up.You could unhook thermostat and put in a jumper wire for a test.Bedtime now,see ya tomorrow.

Check that the Thermocouple Red Wire is grounded properly or the Thermocouple will not function properly. See attached Quadrafire Tech Sheet.

I just popped on the above - since my lights are not agreeing speaking with my harness & switches.. I could have popped with an other vendor for 189$ but these guys will take a return on this product.
& the other guy in CT so that's another 6.35% tacked on..

I splurged on FedEx & hope to have this Friday.

The dealer wanted 360$ and me to pick it up & install...

You did try bypassing the thermostat(room thermostat)? Although it really sounds like the box is the problem,Hope you have it on a surge protector.

I pulled the control box cleaned a ton chit out.. switched to 4 from 6 (why not at this point)

I get great start up fire - now get proof of fire red light.. - I hear & see auger motor shaft engage, but now pellets stop drop when I get into past initial fire.

I'm fixing to pull the dang auger now... but it drops plenty for ignition fire.

there was a complete kit, motor, harness and all, then later just the capacitor harness. You could crimp in your old cap to see if it works, but that might have been a problem with your other motor. Will leave some reading info. Wiring for feed motor on Quadrafire Castile Pellet Stove
