Slowly deteriorated today wind picked up as well as the on and off snow at around 14 now with gusts to 45 mph so the real feel is cold:shiver: just finished a quick bowl of chili and then back out in it to keep the lights on. Hopefully the Mrs. has the house around 72 with the rack full of ash and cherry I brought in this morning. I just might hug the stove when I get home:nerd:

20º outside with 20 to 30 mph winds, close to 0º with windchill. 73º in with a some cherry in the box for the evening. The good stuff, sitting by the stove for overnight.

Rained alot ahead of a cold front and the creek almost broke the banks. That rarely happens but it natural born flooded for a day and a half. Temperature is dropping to a chilly 40 degrees so it gave me a good excuse to run down to Harbor freight. It was already below zero right after supper this evening. Going to be a cold week and will need the oil furnace to run a few times a day.:(
