Upper right side. Funny you should ask me for pictures because my dealer called me this afternoon and said he spoke to harman and they said Its impossible for the bracket not to make contact with the right plate. Also the dealer thinks the brick panel is sitting to low and maybe something is wrong with the flame guide. Who knows?? So pictures soon!! And the saga continues ( about a bent stud and me eventually needing a new stove)

dumb question, but is that stud bendable? Possible to bend it straight?

As for the brick panel......do you have the right flame guide? Put the panel in, take a pic.

Have you experimented with running the stove without the RH plate in, just to see how much the rattle decreases? You wouldn't run it like this long term, but maybe you can ascertain just how much rattle is the plate versus the brick panel....

Im not going to take a chance bending that stud and voiding my warranty I will let my dealer handle that. Also instead of removing that plate ive wedged boiler glass paper in there and its quieter than a mouse fart. Dealer also thinks its the wrong flame quide

Harman will tell the dealer to simply go out and fix it......he ought to bring another flame guide too.....what I was wondering though, is that, are you making sure the top of the brick panel is in its retainer at the top right and left of the brick panel? Possibly if it sets too low on the flame guide, it might lose contact above and rattle.
The dealer will also likely bend that stud....I would.
