Interesting.. I'd rather use the outer dawg though. Your left hand is going to get really hot because the exhaust is pointing right at that board. Maybe your saw too. I sometimes have to use the dawgs to pin down smaller branches under 4" or so. They like to roll around or jump right out of the stand when you touch the chain to them because they're so light.
Sorry about that, I was happy it just loaded for me! Next time just stand in your head like the rest of us!
Or..... Save the image, then open it with a pic viewer and rotate it CW..... Saves disturbing the dusty blanket on the monitor and the neck pain....
It's going to take a little while to load that bugger up, let us know how it goes loading those 12 Footers in there
The Black Locust will be nice....no sapwood. You may have to leave it lay around for a while until the bark falls off, if it's not loose.
No kidddin? Where's that at? The cheapest I've seen is $15 (very large bundles) but that guy shut down his mill
Thanks for talking me into this sawbuck thing guys. I feel this processing is faster than hauling it out of the wood myself. Going for a trailer load tomorrow! Will see how it goes to fill that thing to the top. I went 5' and i think i might cut them down by 6".
Local Amish guy that sets up his mill then logs and saws on sight. He was working a 40 acre woods on one of the farms close by. I have bought from him before.
