Well, I didn't exactly install a "new" battery. I pulled the old one out to take it in for exchange and as I was milling around the barn, there it was! My 6 month old trolling motor battery sitting on a maintenance charger. Being the cheap bastard that I am, guess what went in the tractor! Better put it to use than spend money. Won't be fishing for a while anyway.

I am tempted. I bought a starting/deep cycle battery for the boat for use late this summer that needed one. We never ended up using the boat this yr I never installed it so I have a new one sitting around.

I still will out it in the boat though. My old k10 now will get a battery as mpg saturn is gone and I will pull that battery and put in the truck that has an old marine battery that was pulled and given to me at least three years ago by a could worker. Its about gone now

Got the new lights wired up and mounted. I need a welder and some wire loom to clean it up, but it will work for now.

You could come here and do the starter on my S-10 when you are done with that one if you want.

S10 probably easy. My ranger was easy. Old tempo I had was easy. The saturn was more of a pain that I did last year.

I just gave a non-AV WildThing "the treatment". New fuel lines throughout and a quick carb cleaning. Man these things run so good for being such a POS.

Just under $50 and its outta here. I've spent not even an hour with it including test cuts. Not a thing wrong with it other than the fuel lines and some fine dust clogging the inlet screen in the carb because the fuel filter was rolling around the bottom of the tank.

Yes! Especially the old non-AV versions. Fuel lines are crappy clear vinyl, that's their biggest weakness. A lot of guys plumb the primers in wrong too. They should pull fuel through the carb, not push it through.

Re-tune from the factory's rediculous lean settings and they're off!

I had one just like that. Filter rolling around and screen clogged. New carb rebuild. Air filter, and fuel cap fixed it. Not even an hour here either.

Yea they run very well when you tune them right. A muffler modd helps as well. There a good cheap 40cc saw. But its still a slow 40cc saw with NO av!

Watch the one that mastermind did on youtube. I think bit was titled like wilder thing!! Maybe it was brad??? Anyway that saw sounds bad and screams!
