nope. Couple dealers...including me...tried to get the 6100H imported and they said NO. demand isnt there to warrant all the testing and expense of getting it into the states.

What did you think of the muffler mod? How long did it take you?

It went well ! It took about 2 hours . But then I was being cautious not to destroy the muffler ,or crack the crimping . If I did it again , I think it would go fairly quickly . Lost about 6 oz ,there's a lot in there . :) it sounds great without being obnoxious . So , I'm really happy with it .

2 people makes it go really easy....one to run the torch and one to work the screwdriver bending the crimp back. I did one Tuesday....15 minutes total time on the bench but i dont touch the outlet. Just pull those 2 inner plates and cut the bird cage out.

I liked my 5105 enough that I added a 6100. Still on first tank of fuel.[IMG]

It's only had about 2 tanks through it. Great saw! Reminds me alot of the old 066s

Well , got the 6400/7910 back from Mastermind . She's a sweetheart ! Only ran two tanks through it ,and only a 20" bar / square ground chain . Need to get a 24" and 8t rim . But I'm really considering going 24" and .404 . The saw still needs some more fuel through it to loosen it up ,but I'm liking it a LOT . The 372 and 460 are likely going to get lonely .

The secret is to take pics when it's brand new... and don't post the ones with any sign of use... :D

Unless your Dex and then you can manage to have 37 cords on a saw yet we can't see a single spec of dust or chip!

Is that even legal to put a Japanese bar on a German saw?

Well, we bombed the hell out of both of them, back in the day... they're getting even with us by making us spend all our money on their shiny stuff.

All it'd need is a Gilardoni cylinder and it would be the Axis Alliance of chainsaws
