What model Lux is that? I need a new one and I like the touch screen feature. My Hunter is touch screen, but only has a 3° max swing. Which is fine for the type of stoves I run, but my preference is to let the stove have a bigger break when running off/on mode. On High/Low mode, I typically run a 1°-2° swing. But the stove goes to low fire when the stat meets it's temp. Then once the temp drops, it goes back to the desired setting.

That's the only flaw that the Cab 1200 has. If it had High/Low, it would be one of the best and easiest stoves to rum on the market. But it's On/Off only.

My bad, when i said 2 degree swing I was talking about 2 degrees above, and 2 degrees below the set point. So really is a 4 degree swing..... Either way mine is set on number 8

I understood... 2° each way. Or 4° total. That is the best set up in my opinion for a Quad. Any other on/off unit doesn't have a thermocouple. So it can restart much sooner and use a smaller swing.

Still love the CB 1200's though. They are a true workhorse and simple to operate and clean
