I was wondering if you could give me information on where to buy pellets in the NJ/Hunterdon County area?

I burnt these for the first time yesterday and was very happy with the hot temp, but I was surprised with the high amount of clinkers in the burn pot. I had to clean it out after 3 hours because it was clogging up the whole front of the burn pot. Did you have a similar experience or is my Harmon just cranky?

No....zero clickers with my stove but every stove and setup is different. Are you able to turn up your air a bit to get more flow through your burnpot? I'm not sure if Harman's can do this or not. Was it clinkers or an ash cake?

This is why its always a good idea to buy a couple bags of different pellets and see what burns good in your stove.

So just leave them alone? :). It seems they get pretty high and look like their blocking the front. I know, I'm such a rookie at this. So I should just let them build up and wait for them to drop forward?

I am burning the Dry Creek this morning and the heat output is similar to the Okanagan Gold with less "ash cakes". I feel like a fool, I thought the ash cakes would clog the heat . Just leave it alone right!

I don't usually let mine go that far. I scrape it a little more often.

Kinda, but I'm having air issues. I think the combustion blower is getting tired.
