Well decided to do something a little different and make some barbacoa with a venison roast. Similar to what you would get at Chipotle. For those who don't know it has chipotle peppers in adobo sauce,cumin,paprika,chili powder, apple cider vinegar,garlic,a beer and into the slow cooker for 6 hours on high. Once close to done shred and pull it apart, serve as tacos or burritos with all the fixings! This is going to be fairly spicy since i like spicy Can't wait to eat it later.
Well I dont like to toot my own horn, aghhh just kidding of course I do. It was delicious. I got busy with yard work and guests so I didnt make all the fixings I wanted like beans and peppers and onions but I will do that for the leftovers. Great easy to make meal.
