Snuck out of work early for obvious reasons. Ran about half a tank thru new 661 big dead oak on my property. tree guy dropped it using " walnut cut" to save as much of the butt as possible. Plunge cut took out the center leaving 3 straps that he slowly cut leaving a small hinge. one screw holds on the cover. captive nuts skip chain power head comparison 660 vs.661 hopefully I will get some time in the woods this weekend.
So this isn't your first fore ray into chainsaws.....but YOU are the first official (permanent)owner of a 661c m on FHC - there are props there DexterDay can some how or another give you Unicorn status for a while till others catch up
I know the feeling!! A tractor, a Stihl saw, a hookeroon, a cant hook, a pickeroon, a hauling cart, files, dremel, bits, extra chains, a 22 ton log splitter..... later and I'm still looking at saws!! Somebody should shut this site down!!!! Somebody once posted a pic of a hookeroon made by Amish in PA, that was one of the most beautiful tools I've ever seen. I have to search for that thing again and see if I can put on my xmas list.
Manchuria I remember, I had just ordered my log rite when someone posted that beautiful woodhandled pic. Think they got it off eBay. Maybe a pic for each hand?
