Has anyone looked at Fit rite hydraulics stuff? I'm looking for a full top and tilt system.

Friend gave us one, but don't think it will work with the different equipment we have. The QA mounting plate came in, it will be welded to counterweight

We got the counterweight box frame stripped down...big weights off, and 3pt frame removed. About got it centered where it needs to be. Hope to get it welded Tuesday.
It's sitting on some 2x4's, not some fork extensions...:wacky: 20260308_130710.jpg

Our neighbor Mike's brother, Steve, came over Tuesday and got the attachment plate welded on... 20260310_103249.jpg
20260310_121956.jpg He did a very good job... 20260311_074236.jpg
We used it Wednesday on a job. The big weights were still moving around with the threaded rods holding them.
So with rain Thursday morning, I did some :sherlock::sherlock:and :binoculars::binoculars:on it. Found some heavy 3x3 angle iron we had, cut some pieces 3" long, drilled some ¾" holes in top plate and bolted it to the weight 20260312_180106.jpg
Clamped that to the frame and drilled ⅝ holes in the sides. Weights are pretty tight on frame now..:thumbs:
On the back uprights, drilled the holes bigger to hold a clevis on one side. It can hold the big log tongs... 20260312_180115.jpg
We need a slip hook to bolt on other upright to hold smaller tongs.
And just had an :sherlock:on how to make a place for a couple saws in the middle :whistle:
The tractor picks it up plenty high now... 20260312_180136.jpg

Out of curiosity, what's the plate for on the zero turn that's covering up the exit chute?

It's called the Advanced Chute system. It's basically a mulch-on-demand flap. Normally we run it open for cutting grass, but if you are around vehicles or houses, you can close it to keep objects from being thrown. When leaves fall, we close it and grind them up.

That's pretty sweet, I'll have to look into one of those. Thanks for info.

I went by TSC after work yesterday, they had the type of hook we needed.
Drilled a ⅝ hole and mounted it on the other upright. It will hold the smaller log tongs.
Now I'm thinking of making a holder for 2 saws to go between the weights in the middle. Might have to take the shaft piece out...:( 20260313_212359.jpg

Technically you can now run a dual grapple setup...one on the front and another on the back. Might be handy for a long haul brush removal or something.

Tried it with grapple and forks. Works great. We would need a 2nd set of rear remotes to run grapple. 20260228_140119.jpg

Why do you need more than 1 rear remote?
