sorry for the lousy pic but the nice buck is still hanging behind our cabin



only have one daylight pic of him in two years but a dozen or so are nocturnal

 

We just spent 3 days at our Central Wisconsin cabin. We saw bucks every day and late one evening my wife watched one make a scrape in our yard. (her phone was in the cabin no pics)



Our trail cam had 87 deer pics in three weeks.

He's still alive.

 

By the looks of him, if deer could talk, he’d be saying “this breeding’ is hard work”!

 

He looks worn down. Probably hasn't eaten in a while and ran umpteen hundred miles.

 

My wife and I purchased a little over 40 acres this past winter and threw out a few cameras. Here’s a cool shot I got shortly after putting them out!

Nice pic!!! We get red tail and red shouldered hawks.

 

Always enjoyed watching hawks, eagles, owls and the like. Equipped well for what they do. Last deer hunt of the year last winter, I watched 6 eagles. No great pics but pretty impressive through binos!
