    Heck, I remember when I was in my early-to-mid 50's and all I could (and did) accomplish when I bought this house. I hired someone this fall to do something and I was telling him how just 10 years ago I would have done it myself but now I'm more mindful of falls and how slow I move compared to then - and I wanted the small project done before the snow fell. Doesn't hurt that now I am financially stable, so I have less urgency or incentive to do everything myself, so I can pick and choose what I want to do

    All of you are reminding me of years past. I turned 81 two months ago. Wife and I met young and married young. We had 58 1/2 very happy years together. Two weeks from today will mark 3 years since I lost her. That hurts. But I still remember the happy years and like you, I remember the work I used to do and wish I still could do it.
