My sister bought a place that came with a small vineyard. The grapes were ripe as they were closing the purchase, so I swooped in and absconded with a few grapes to play with. We have about 6 gallons of juice fermenting.
Old Smokey moonshine has an Apple Pie Cider they just released. Premix in a can. It’s good. I’ve been mixing old Smokey apple pie moonshine with apple cider for a couple years now and will drop a sliver of cinnamon in with it.
Got a new 10 gallon brew kettle which will mainly serve as my pastureizing unit. My sous vide one that I posted awhile back works but it takes alot of water....I'm doing smaller batches now this should work good
I don’t make it but partake. Double shovel out of Anchorage makes mine for me. It’s colonial hard cider and the recipes are from our founding fathers.
