    :( that's a bummer.
It also can be a real event to find heat enough to loosen up the fuel when there just ain't none.
If the 911 type fuel treatment doesn't work, pull the fuel filter & water separator replace/clean and fill with treated fuel.
If you have electricity within extension cord range (before you start taking filters off) a hair dryer or heat gun should be enough if you heat them.

    I
I have used that with no complaints. Normally I'll make my selection on the lowest price on the shelf.

I usually don't have any problems with it. I too shop lowest price...usually at my local TSC store. Just one of those things I guess !

We did the heat gun trick. Worked good enough to get it to run enough to get it back in the barn safe and sound ! Shook so hard that it loosened a radiator clamp lol. Thanks for the advice ! New filters...and fuel gunk on the way. Gonna try this stuff. Good stars. So we will see. Hope I don't need the tractor in the meantime. Thanks again for the help !!

Because of the biodiesel content and then the sub 10*F temps, you likely were only dosing 1/4 of what you really needed per the powerservice instructions. Something I learned the hard way 12/13 winter.

    Yes.

    it’s almost like kerosene.

for your tractor, you can use dyed off-road though and save over $0.40+ per gallon depending on your state. Federal take is $0.185 per gallon and state is from a low of $0.09 to a high of $0.74 the last time I did my road tax filing.

Ok..gotcha. I've been running on road diesel since day one. Unfortunately..around here...some years ago....some company's were delivering off road diesel with some sort of bacteria in it. I changed fuel filters 4 times in one summer on all of our equipment . So after that..I lost trust in that dirty stuff.
I'll pay the extra at pump gladly...over changing fuel filters everytime I want to get something done !

That's a great video. Very wmeye opening ! Sounds like I'm ok getting the 911 to unclog me...and the Howes to maintain me right ?
I bet your right..my original stuff was probably under dosed.

I only keep 911 around anymore.

I found I got better mileage, and the money saved, more than paid for me to put better tires on my truck instead of additive in the fuel.

but like I said, my current truck has tank heaters in the fuel.

I've seen too many issues at a relatives that didn't always treat their fuel and had issues. Maybe a little overkill but I try to use all my summer diesel by october/November so whe I get more it has the winter mix. I then treat with additive just to be safe.

Back to the kubotas well fueled, merrily playing! I got mine out to deal with a major blowdown blocking trails. Took about 5 hours of work and made it home as it was getting dark.

First the grapple eyes its victims up.

    Then it pounces!
    20221228_132503.jpg

Cleared a large Tamarac, a pine, and two medium, two large (16") red maples. Cleared a another big maple and four other trees off the path in other places in a few hours.

Where did you get that grapple? Looks beefier than the typical grapple...

Since only my tractor bucket can store things like chainsaws, and it has a hook for chain, I spent a little time cutting and prepping things for when I have the grapple on. I cut this maple part way in 3, "grapple-sized" pieces and the used a chain to pull it onto the road and then off to the side and finished the cuts. I also cleaned up some more blowdown including cutting a beautiful 12" red oak to chunks (I always feel bad with how pretty the grain is).

As you can tell by how my tractor is setup for snow removal, I was NOT expecting this january heat wave!
