    Buddy bought them... I just cook them... then we shoot of fireworks... it’s a good day... we’ve been doing this for 5 or 6 years now...

    I was wondering that as well. Our two local Costco stores sell traeger year round. They were selling Louisiana as well but I don't remember if they still do. I'll let you know how well they work.

    3lb went on at 9am, opened the lid for the first time and took the meat out at 6:15 (195 deg meat temp)

    200 deg until the stall (this one stalled at 155 deg) then after 45-60 minutes cranked up to 275-300 degrees. Stall was a good 3 hours before it started climbing again to 195.

    Great bark, flavor and soooo tender, moist for sammiches or as is
