Thanks guys ; for helping me spend money that is. LOL

It's things like this I work a second job for.
Getting older and trying to make work easier. This should be a big help getting logs on the sawmill.
No more getting off to roll logs onto the forks.

Anyone have any input on adding the extra spool for the claw?
    Have to look into this.
Looks like I will have a few weeks to sort it out before it arrives.

I don't know how to search but I did a thread on adding one on mine. Maybe someone can find it.

I call my BX 2660 my ULAV. That's short for Urban Lawn Assult Vehicle! Too big to be a lawn mower and too small to be a 'real tractor.'  Most folks don't understand how mean these 'little machines' are!

But the same people have no problem lifting a truck with one hand using a hydraulic jack.

I found it "slow road to 3rd function hydraulics" is the title.

Don't know anything about that brand. From what I'm seeing on here....CTA gets great reviews ! Looks like a nice grapple !
With my Kubota bx2380....I just wrapped in a Landpride grapple and third function kit into the loan. It's been worked hard while learning to use it..and after I got the hang of it ! Haven't had to do any welding..knock on wood ;)

I have been wanting a tractor for a number of years now and it seems I keep gravitating back to the subcompact bx.

Last fall, I hwaded up to a dealer early one morning and saw the size of a 23s.....I didn't even get out of the car tolook at it; turned around and went back home! It's good to hear from an actual owner and not someone who is making a sales pitch (messicks vids, any kubota dealership, etc).

Can you PM me please, I have a question regarding prices.

I am afraid I am still doing it the old fashion way. No grapple here.

    Not just for wood either! That's a full steel beam...carried with a bx2380 ! ( I wouldn't do this everyday lol!)

A lot of folks really underestimate the small tractors for sure. Issue is a lot of operators tend to overestimate their abilities. It takes time to learn any machine & use it well. You look like you've got yours pretty well figured out! Good to see you back and nice pics.
