I’m a big fan of smoked picahna. Very tender and flavorful. SKEETER McCLUSKEY looks like you trimmed the fat cap that’s how I do it as well. Pretty much make it like a brisket but not as much work. I’m debating beef ribs, picanha, or tri-tips for the Bears game Sunday night. Might just have to do all 3! And throw on a chicken for the wife.
To tell you the truth idk.....it was foiled for about 1.5 hrs and when it probed easy I pulled it off...I'll pay more attention next time
It won't taste the same. Nice tupperware on the side ! Not the nicest looking and a little " blockie " compared to some others , but reliability and function certainly makes up for that ! I have one as my daily driver and love it !!
Yard bird in da vertical smoker...its in a cooking bag...I like to cook this way sometimes...they come out great!! Gotta little ways to go...
