Prime tri-tip with the above rub. 50/50 pork beef with uncle chris' steak seasoning sugar and half slice low sodium bacon. The tri-tip today is getting cooked like a brisket...low and slow til it probes tender...maybe 194°maybe 204° who knows.....I will in awhile
Doing the simple grilling of brats tonight. Actually sweet Italians... Yuengling lager boiled first, then I'll finish them on the grill.
