    Your board is the 3-20-05376
Chart shows all dips off BLACK ESP ONLY WITH THIS BOARD

The 05376 and the 05888 boards seem to be interchangeable EXCEPT the 05888 will allow the use of ether black or red ESP

This setup uses a 6 rpm feed motor (Check yours to be sure its correct)

I am not versed on the Harmons, but the info available from Harmon is pretty good as far as the details go

good advice from Snowy Rivers, but to get the true correct settings, you need to know the circuitboard REVISION. Look at the label on the board and check out which letter follows 3-20-05376 or 3-20-05888. This is important as dipswitch settings can change with revision!

The chart I dug up from Harmon did not mention any differences in the -05376 board
due to revisions...the revision box had a line through it.
The -05888 board has revisions A and then B and up.... as I mentioned in the post.
Pelletmans picture shows a -05376B board
There are no mentions of different settings due to board revisions in this part number.

Here is the blow up of Pelletmans label on his board

After doing more snooping I have come to the conclusion that the -05888 board replaces several older boards...including the -03100, 05376.
The -05888 seems to be the "Good chit" latest incarnation.

If it were me I would set the board to the dip settings that were listed for your board and see what it does.

Here is the full download I got on the Harmon stoves.... Looks like a lot of great info for anyone with a Harmon appliance. PRINT THESE AND STICK THEM WITH YOUR STOVE PAPERWORK.....

Grrrrrrr. So I put the board back in and tried to start it back up. Had no luck. I put it to "test" mode and the combustion fan ramps up and down and that's about it. I can't get the igniter nor the auger to turn. And both worked previous to pulling the board. I need to go deeper.

Sounds like it's time for a fresh board.

There are far more components than the Triacs that are involved.

You can replace the board with the -05888 and set the dips by the chart

Is -05888 the board number? And where is a good place to get one?

thats a D revision board......good price as well. There should be a dipswitch setting diagram in the box with the board, use THAT diagram to set it.....and make sure you read all the fine print, like the igniter instructions on the sheet.....noone reads that......:picard:

I agree with LW....READ ANY AND ALL PAPERWORK

Good bet the dip switch settings are the same as the paperwork I posted.
Under the -05888 listing with the B and up revisions.
The switch settings list both RED AND BLACK ESP.

Be sure to save the paperwork.

Puit it in a zip lock baggy and tape it to the furnace...

I got the new board you recommended. Install and the furnace works perfect. Only had 1 issue, the igniter would not work. So I lite it manual. Thanks for all the help. What do you pay for pellets?

I pay about $275 +/- per 60 bag pallet. Snowy processes and burns nut shells.

Prices on pellets have gone up this year ($5.99 up to $6.49 and more per bag) and I'm mixing corn to stretch my stash of pellets
Good to hear your furnace is running much better

K, so I pay 250$ per metric tonne (2200 lbs) CDN. So I would say I'm getting a good price on pellets. But I have to buy 3 tonne minimum.
