Thanks.... yea the game....... well let’s see.. can’t catch balls... can run the ball... and no self control (for all the flags that cost us)... yep recipe for a loss... but yea the tailgating was good... hooked up a car battery to the Traeger with a inverter.... worked out nicely... got lots of comments on my setup....
well,as far as a hot dog goes these are the best around here for flavor....ill post the brand next time i buy them.....theyre biggins like 1/4lb or maybe 1/3lb
Put a spatchcocked chicken on the smoker. My wife picked out some new seasoning so I’m trying it out.
I just posted in the First Fire of the Season thread by Backwoods Savage. On a related note, if it’s cold enough for a fire in the stove then it is cold enough to smoke cheese. There is still smoked cheese in my freezer but my sister bought 12 blocks of cheese for smoking. I cut them for more surface area for the smoke and also cracker size.
